Responsible for implementing Human Capital activities for the Business Divisions of AAW at locations other than the Head Office including but not limited to organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, etc.
in addition to providing the necessary information, reports and assistance to the Human Capital & Administration Department, when required.
Responsibilities Contribute in the development of Human Capital & Administration Department’s set policies and procedures and comply with AAW’s other policies.
Provide input related to the functionalities and changes in the organizational structures of the company and its departments to the Chief Officer Human Capital & Administration in order to be incorporated in the consolidated organizational structure of AAW.
Distribute the job analysis questionnaire to employees in different positions in order to collect detailed information related to each position’s roles and responsibilities for updating and developing job descriptions for business divisions assigned.
Provide input and assistance to the Human Capital & Administration Department when developing job descriptions in order to include all tasks and responsibilities related to the job position at hand.
Assist in the communication and implementation of AAW Policies and procedures / employee handbook to all employees of the business divisions assigned.
Implement the performance management system in line with AAW’s performance evaluation framework and send the appraisal forms and results to the Head of Talent Management for processing (promotions, salary increments, bonuses, etc.
Identify training & development requirements of employees of the assigned business divisions through conducting training needs analysis and provide inputs to the Head of Talent Management for approvals.
Provide assistance to all employees of the assigned business divisions by settling all work-related conflicts through advice and recommendation as well as conduct investigations related to any complaints filed with involvement of appropriate individuals and determine outcome recommendations based on investigation findings accordingly.
Attempt to resolve employee conflicts / grievances in addition to implementing disciplinary actions based on the outcome of the investigations conducted.
Collect employees’ feedback and suggestions by conducting surveys (i.e. employee satisfaction, employee engagement survey) in order to measure employees’ satisfaction and engagement and provide recommendations to the management accordingly.
Develop and maintain employee’s database that contains all employee information in order to ensure an efficient retrieval of information when needed, and provide input on employee information change of status to the Personnel Officer in order to be updated in the employee’s personnel file.
Provide inputs in the development of the recruitment calendar based on finalized manpower and succession planning strategy.
Implement recruitment activities at all assigned business divisions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing and selecting.
Receive CVs for vacant positions from the Human Capital & Administration Department, interview candidates and shortlist profiles which highly match the vacancy at hand.
Implement the set sourcing strategies by utilizing the recruitment sources used within AAW (i.e. websites, referrals, job fairs, etc.
Schedule, and liaise technical interviews between the candidates and the Direct Manager, and evaluate applicant qualifications.
Receive input from the concerned Department Heads on special screening tests to be taken based on specific requirements for the department or the job position.
Administer new employee’s onboarding activities and joining formalities in cooperation with the new employee’s direct manager.
