1.1 Preparation and filling up of instrument Data sheets. 1.2 Preparation of Material Purchase Application and Fixed Price work Request as per the Company standard procedure.
1.3 Preparation of Desk Top Requisition DTR. 1.4 Maintains a variety of files containing basic history records. 1.5 Studies various technical catalogues kept in the division and maintain updated equipment data sheets and verity of Materials files .
1.6 Coordinate with Engineers, and Security section for the Material Pass in and out. 1.7 Order all office supplies such as stationary Furniture etc.
when required. 1.8 Purchase order, Request for quotation (RFQ) & Material Purchase Application (MPA) procedures and record keeping.
1.9 Should be highly dedicated, sincere to the jobs. 1.10 Preparation of quarterly status of Capital projects, Performance and Contractors records handled by the Division 1.
11 Keeping proper documentation of all Contract documents and Vendor Invoices. 1.12 Assist Engineers to prepare Call off Matching as per the Procedure.
