Kuwait Airways (KU : IATA, KAC : ICAO) is the official national carrier of the State of Kuwait. Established in 1953 as a private company, the airline was initially 50 per cent owned by the Kuwaiti government.
In 1962, the government assumed 100 per cent ownership, making it the longest serving, official state carrier operating from the Arabian Gulf Region.

Kuwait Airways is recruiting for the role of (A), Catering procedures, equipment . Your tasks will include but not be limited to :
Provides direction to assigned personnel in the Catering Procedures & Equipment Sub-Section. Performs duties at the level established by management for the position.
Recommends, in coordination with concerned sections and departments the catering materials and equipment such as meals, dry stores, etc.
Conducts loading plans related to catering equipment, meals, cabin amenities and other provisions for all galleys of KAC aircrafts taking into consideration loading weights specified by the manufacturer for each galley to ensure the safety of aircrafts.
Discusses and finalizes such plans in coordination with KAC Services Manager, Flight Services Department and Service Development Committee.
Provides all KAC stations with catering loading manual to standardize loading procedures for easy and quick interchange of different types of aircraft
Advises Engineering Department regarding all weights related to catering on long and short haul flight of each KAC Aircraft prepared for Service (APS) to be recorded in the Engineering weight and balance manual and to be used as a reference by catering.
Diploma in Hospitality management or food science.
10 years' experience in catering loading and meal scheduling in an International Airline.
Good knowledge of English.
