The core function of a is to ensure that guests are able to find a wine within their budget that fits their tastes and complements their food.

Sommeliers work with the kitchen to find suitable wines to pair with dishes on the menu but also out on the floor of the restaurant, helping customers to decide the accurate wine that best meets their desires.

Besides creating the wine list a Sommelier keeps and manages the inventory of wine and ensures proper storage and serving of wines.

Sommeliers should have a passion for wine and outstanding customer service skills.
