Monitors current work orders to ensure work groups are aware ofclock ticking statuses MTLISD, MTLCXD, INPRG. Monitors waiting materialstatuses WMATL and PISSUE to notify work groups when all materials areavailable to complete work order.
Ensures O&M work groups annotate worklogs in a timely manner identifying current work progress of work order. Performstrend analysis on corrective and preventive maintenance work requests.
Tracksissues with scheduling directives, and standards driven by PreventiveMaintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), as well as contingency maintenancemissions as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Respond toinquiries, identify problems and provide advice, assistance and orresolution. Inputs, processes and distributes all work order correctiveaction requirements to appropriate PWD Work Groups.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES :
1.Tracks all PWD Work Group workorders to ensure timely communication with Work Groups to ensure work order logdescriptions are updated to show most current work status and progress.
2. Trackwork order status changes for early capture of materials received / canceled status,communicating with Work Group Supervisors of materials received / canceled tocomplete tasks.
3.Ensures completeness and accuracyof all work order records.
4.Ensures 100% compliance with allPWS, contractual requirements, and quality controls within the department anddirectorate relative to USG contractual requirements.
5.Ensures products and servicesprovided are consistent with external and internal requirements andexpectations.
6.Compiles historical or otherdata, and utilizes data and trend analysis techniques to predict futureoutcomes.
7.Provides ProductionControl Lead with oral, written, and statistical reports utilizing Maximo.
8.Monitors andanalyzes work progress.
9.Collaborates closelywith O&M work group supervisors and materials warehouse personnel to meetproductivity standards.
10. Other tasks andassignments as designated by SDPC leadership.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT :
Duties will involve the conduct of workin the outdoors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditionsincluding frequent dust storms, and high temperatures up to 130F degrees inthe summer months.
Potential exposure tochemical or biological agents could exist.Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in certain areas isrequired.
Such PPE includes but is notlimited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protectivedevices.Normal work week is 48 hours,but must be able to work overtime or shift as required.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES :
Physical requirements include lifting,climbing, extended sitting or standing, or other physical efforts that arenormally required.
In addition, visual acuity, hearing and speakingrequirements would be considered. Consider this section carefully; any physicalrequirements must be able to be tied back to the major job activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted forone year of education, if degree is required.
Musthave significant data knowledge using excel or CMMS software for assetmanagement and maintenance.
HighSchool Graduate or equivalent
Minimum two (2) years of ProductionControl experience
Solid background in automated datasystems and automated processing data system input
CMMS Maximo user experience is a plus
Previous experience in a customerservice position and automated processing data system input skills are a must
Prior experience working in the USMilitary or Government Contracting environment
Demonstrates a professional demeanor,work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and othersupervisory levels of management.
Ability to exercise direction and goodjudgment, possess high-level organizational and planning skills.
Ability to communicate well orally andin written English.
Possess an advanced level of computerskills in the use of creating databases, spreadsheets and knowledge of Word,Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
