Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for a dynamic personality who enjoys leading, motivating, and supporting the corporate, government and leisure sales functions for a large conference and convention hotel.
This position requires hands-on leadership with strong people management, communications and organisational skills to drive success.
The will be responsible to support as the commercial strategist of the hotel ensuring the deployment of strategic sales tactics that position Grand Hyatt Kuwait as the luxury hotel market leader.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5 luxury hotel, and display strong traits in the following areas :
Proven track record in managing large sales teams and delivering on commercial results
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast pace environment
An inspirational, caring and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A relentless and infectious passion for training and hands-on operational work
A sound pre-opening experience in large hotel operations is advantageous
GGC experience is valuable
Arabic speaking would be advantageous
