To contribute to the mobilization / demobilization of employees in accordance with Company procedures & policies and Kuwait labor law To verify all employment contract-
associated paperwork in accordance with Company procedures & policies and Kuwait labor law Responsible for timely compliance of regulatory requirements for all employees such as work permit, residency, civil ids, passport, renewals, etc To maintain all employee documentation relating to residency & employment as required by State labor law To contribute to the administration of localization quota systems in relation to Government Projects in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labor Law Coordinate with Office Administrator to arrange tickets, accommodation facilities etc.

Ensure timely actions have been taken complying with Kuwait labor law Prepare reports of accidents and injuries happened within Company premises To ensure that all required statutory licenses are maintained and timely renewed Ensure payments of monthly rentals are made as per the contract To maintain list of all Company owned vehicles and update timely Renew registration of all company vehicles timely Maintain personnel files and update timely with status changes Safe keeping of all employees’ files, passports etc.
