Make sure Service / Showroom reception / waiting area & vehicles in the showroom are always clean & arranged properly; coordinate with cleaners or maintenance employees to perform any related issues.
Use 5’S checklist to ensure quality is maintained in the showroom.Provide support during assessments & surveys conducted in order to enhance the customer satisfaction levels & brand image.
Order stationary and necessary items for the customer lounge.Prepare related reports / data if required.
1+year in a similar position, preferable from hospitality or retail background
