POSITION SUMMARY :
Under the general direction of the Director and Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking, coordinating and reporting all operational requirements.
Primarily responsible for data analyst, developing operational process improvements and Directorate level special projects.
Will assist with oversight of Directorate work efforts and tracking of all Directorate deliverables.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES :
Provides documentation to these divisions as necessary. (>
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED :
Personal computer, laptops, scanners, printers, faxes, other network equipment and other general office equipment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT :
Work is generally conducted in a work center administrative environment. However, duties may occasionally involve working outside with a potential exposure to extreme temperatures.
Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas is required. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.
Normal work week is hours, but may be required to work overtime.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES :
May be required to lift, climb, extended sitting or standing, or other physical efforts that are normally required. In addition, visual acuity, hearing and speaking requirements are required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
High School graduate. Associates or Bachelor’s College degree or equivalent experience
Must be able to obtain a Kuwait Driver’s License (KDL)
DOD Information Assurance Awareness Training Cross Domain Violation Training
Fort Gordon Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO)
Expected to be able to produce accurate operational plans and successfully manage to required time and budget constraints.
Capable of effectively communicating technical information in English, both written and verbal Excellent Customer service skill sets
