Initiate sales calls to existing and potential customers by cross selling / suggestive selling of KFH products to achieve set targets.
Complete all required sales target achievement, lead generation and incentive forms and channel to Direct Sales teams.Execute assigned Retail Banking campaigns in coordination with Sales Development and Segment Managers.
As requested, educate customers on the variety of KFH products and services in order to build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by KFH.
Ensure service levels abide by the overall service quality standards set for business lines served by Retail Banking.Escalate issues and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
Contact customers with regards to complaints resolution as required.
