JOB DESCRIPTION : Supervise technical professionals supporting Real-Time data operation centers for a major Oil and Gas producer.
Act as conduit between RTOC and the client as well as ensure proper execution of job responsibilities for each division within RTOC.
Maintain technical support and troubleshoot of digital technologies provided by Weatherford for real-time data management and visualization, engineering modeling and data analytics.
Maintain archive of reliability tracking, tool maintenance, failure reporting, programming, procedural verification and field submission integrity.
Provide training to customers RTOC end users in engineering analysis, systems and RTOC operating procedures. Collect and disseminate RTOC related reports to management and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related (IT, Petroleum Engineering) and 7-year experience as a specialist in real-time drilling optimization software while drilling, as well as related IT infrastructure and data management.
Supervisory experience in drilling RTOCs. Project management skills required, PMP certification is a plus.
