  • Greets customers including answering phones and directing customer inquiries to appropriate party
  • Manage and control the cash register by handling its opening and closure, performing accurate handover, reporting any discrepancy and processing payment transactions as per company standard procedures
  • Identify prices of goods and processes all payments according to standard procedures
  • Greet customer and determine their needs in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
  • Assist sales associates in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise and marking prices
  • Add on sales and describe information of the product to customer, use standard selling techniques to reach store sales target
  • Deal with customer complaints as per the customer service standards and report them to the store manager when needed
  • Process exchanges and refunds as per company policy and commercial law
  • Keep inventory of sold items and provide sales reports to Shop Manager
  • Report discrepancies and problems to the store Manager
  • Responsible for security within the store, validate currencies and credit cards
  • Keep the cash area tidy and clean
