Role Summary :
Offers the opportunity as anexperienced Digital Technical Project Manager ALS to join the team in Kuwait.
A technical project manager is required in the Middle Eastregion to manage the delivery of high profile digital technology projects ofartificial lift product line.
The successful candidate should be familiar withthe working environment of National Oil Companies (NOCs) in this region.
Therole requires managing customer expectations, managing project constraints(time, cost and scope), working with the product development team, ensuringsuccessful deployment, and fulfilling project objectives.
The successfulcandidate will be the first point of contact for any / all customer needs andissues that might arise within each project and take ownership of the follow-
upand successful resolution. The candidate will be managing more than one projectat a time within the region. The candidate must be competent in projectmanagement and effective communications in addition to excellenttime-
management and resource management skills.
Essential Responsibilities :
Overall responsibility of projectdelivery and customer relationship management
Focal point for all projectenquiries by internal and customer stakeholders
Regular project presentations andupdates to executive management
Financial and resource accountabilityfor multiple projects
Qualifications / Requirements :
5+ years of technical projectmanagement experience
Degree in engineering or computerscience
Experience working with National OilCompanies in the Middle East
Experience leading on-sitesoftware / consulting services projects
High level technical knowledge ofupstream oil and gas production processes
Strong customer facing skills bothoral and written
Desired Characteristics :
Experience in artificial lifttechnologies, SCADA and well site automation
Prior background in software projectmanagement with an operator or service company
MBA, PMP or other project managementcertification
The candidate will be expected totravel up to 30% as needed within the Middle East region to support new andongoing projects.
