Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts, coordinates and supervises all kinds of internal technical training and courses for all Associates, Supervisors and Department Heads.
  • Compilation and updating of the requisite Training Manuals and tools per field, in collaboration with the Area Learning Development Director.
  • Familiarity with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards manual specially on field of responsibility
  • Key Requirements

  • HR operation background will be an advantage
  • College or University degree holder preferably in a Hotel Management University
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience on the same position in a 5 star hotel
  • With experience and extensive knowledge of Human Resources daily operations
  • English proficiency both written and verbal is required.
