Responsible for the Ministry and Government documentation work e.g. processing of visas for Roche employees and immediate family members, legalization of documents, renewal of trade licenses, general administrative duties, and collection of documents from the post office or bank.
Work closely with the Management to determine, plan and implement visa / immigration processes
Passport collection of employees from consulates, and for dependents of employees
Submission of correct documentation to the Immigration Department for visa applications
Arrange medical tests for visa issuance
Submission of correct documentation to the typing centers
Attestation of business related documents (e.g. trade licenses)
Collecting the mail from post office as requested. Taking mail to the post office as and when necessary
Deliver / deposit cheque payments and official documentation as requested
Arranging initial installment of Utilities for new long term assignees in Kuwait

Who You Are
You have obtained at least a high school certificate
You have at least years of experience in a similar position for similar sized company
You are familiar with Kuwaiti government laws, rules and regulations relating to companies
You can fluently communicate in English and Arabic, both verbally and in writing
You are skilled in using IT tools including email, Microsoft applications including Word and Excel, and any governmental online application
You are integer, reliable and confidential
You are able to perform your tasks autonomously, or work in a team
You are proactive, have positive attitude, are persistent, and willing to walk the extra mile when needed
You are willing to learn and apply new skills
