Your Responsibilities : Responsible for the control of numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects, or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

Control documents related to quotations, contracts, variation order, and drawings for all projects in Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, KSA, and Ghana.

  • Keep final copy of signed contracts, signed variation orders, monthly progress meetings, final approved drawings (uploaded to the central archive), and as-built drawingsKeep track of important project documents for the construction project process line including design documents, tender documents and contracts, and construction documentsCreate document log reports to track submissions, and keep documentation safe and backed upDocument soft copy and hard copy of all authority approvals including drawingsUpdate and track the consulting and contractor submittals logHandle the internal distribution of documents to the stakeholders according to a pre-agreed matrixRegister the provided document for detail engineering or construction engineering project, including in-house generated documentConvert paper documents to electronic format for archiving through the Document Management System, in accordance with approved filing structure Your Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field;
