Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for a passionate, robust and hardworking individual who enjoys leading, and supporting the colleague accommodation experience for a pre-opening hotel.
This position requires hands on leadership, planning and execution to ensure the efficient setting up and running of the colleagues’ accommodation as part of the Human Resources Division consistent with Grand Hyatt Kuwait’s standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the establishment and daily operation and administration.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5 luxury hotel and display strong traits in the following areas :
A proven track record as a housing manager or similar for a large scale staffing accommodation
An instinctive eye for detail and quality control
An inspirational, caring and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in setting up staff accommodation is advantageous
Good problem solving, multi-tasking and administrative skills are a must
