Monitor the day-to-day sales activities within the assigned store(s) to ensure that sales targets are met, and that sales staff adhere to the highest standards in delivering quality services to customers.
Supervise sales process within the store and provide necessary help to customers regarding products on display, returned items, special offers & promotions and new arrivals in order to maximize sales and profitability.
Coach sales staff by educating them about Company’s products & target customers; teaching them techniques for dealing with customers complaints and providing them with feedback related to their performance in the store and areas of improvement as well as ensure sales staff adherence to Company’s stores management guidelines.
Help customers by providing them with accurate information about products availability; answering their questions; completing the purchase process in a timely and satisfactory manner to maximize sales and achieve customers satisfaction.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Allocation Team to receive all products & properly allocate them to the designated display areas within the store.
Assist in all arrangement related window & in-store display & layout in coordination with the visual merchandisers & make all necessary arrangements to carry out new changes required to execute seasonal sales and promotions successfully within the year through proper coordination with Allocation & Visual Merchandising Departments.
