Act as a coordinator of all tasks between Ayadi and Vendor
For all tech issues, document it in detail, by detailing the steps to create the issue, taking screenshots, videos etc.,
Provide alternatives to the customers, for the issues, so that business is not impacted.
Follow through on the documentation of the issue with the tech support vendor to ensure the creation of tickets on Asana.
Ensuring the tickets / issues in asana are put in proper release plans.
Check the issues and tickets for each release before the release and confirm if there are any issues.
After the app and web releases, check the release versions for any discrepancies, and inform the development team.
Understand new features and its documentation, and UAT the new features once done.
Use tracking systems such as slack and asana.
Take full responsibility for all features and releases.
