Assist HR Manager with day to day operations of the transactional and strategic activities of the department. Provide necessary support and guidance to Human Resources Department team Maintain digital and manual data pertaining to employees, properly.

Lead and execute all day to day activities related to employees, including but not limited to local hiring, training, discipline, grievances, performance evaluations etc.
