Job Summary : Transfer and renew Certified Car Department Registration Book in coordination with Traffic Department.
Responsibilities : Receive sold units documentation and registration book in order to start the process of transferring the third party insurance to the new customer, sign and stamp the insurance documents from Management and submit to Traffic Department.
Obtain Traffic Fine Report from the Traffic Department, identify customer, verify vehicle details and location, prepare monthly report and submit it to the Manager Operations for approval.
Provide updates on changes in traffic regulations to Manager, Certified Car Sales.
Submit all customer documents to Traffic Department ensuring transfer of car registration book to the new customer.
Transfer third party insurance to the new customer.
Prepare all paper work upon transferring it to the new customer or renewal to the Delivery Department.
Visit Police Station to offer assistance to the customers and drivers in case of accident, loss of vehicles, etc .
Ensure copies of the Registration renewal are stored and documented after the transfer.
