Administers all applicable personnel policies and procedures affecting exempt, non-exempt, and craft employees. Must be knowledgeable of human resources policies and procedures Improving the existing payroll system’s efficiency at minimum cost The importance of providing accurate and timely data and taking action when required data is not provided Assisting employers and recruiters for qualified individuals Maintaining good liaison between departments Creating a friendly and warm atmosphere Follow up on all relevant problems that create identity and belonging feelings Monitor the morals of the staff while having no personal influences to affect the employees relationship among each other’s Employee Relations / Personnel Management Maintain HR files with all relevant document and employee information electronically and in hard copies.
Responsible to organize HR events like Birthday’s, fun hours, farewell etc Advice employees on company’s Policies and procedures and Kuwait labor law.
Respond to employees queries on leaves, resignations, end of services etc Coordinating, negotiating and renewing Medical and life insurance in compliance to Kuwait Labor Law.
