The incumbent will be responsible for driving the business of Medical, Life, Motor & General Insurance through the Channel Partners.
The position shall ensure driving Business & partner engagement practices. Improved productivity through the effective interpersonal relationship with the Channel partners and within the Organization is one of the key requirements to this position.
A proper understanding of the Company policies, guidelines with respect to business closures need to be understood in its entirety with a focus on ethical trade practices.
Contribute to the development of business through strategic engagement with business partners and internal stakeholders across various departments.
Build and deliver distinctive value propositions to propel business growth and measure success Design and implement Client Retention Strategies Use market intelligence as a source to strategic planning for the business acquisition Drive implementation of new business initiatives and ensure productive changes while reinforcing behavioral changes and creating a framework for a foolproof sales methodology Drive discussions with internal stakeholders to understand the current needs of the market and potential areas for analytics to support business decisions.
