As a Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible to supervise the day to day maintenance and repair of the property. You will oversee staff who install, inspect, repair and maintain building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety and waste management.
You should have previous experience at Utilities / Facilities Management companies. Brief JD is detailed below : Administration : Monitor performance of outsourced companies - check manpower, scope of works delegate / coordinate with subordinates.
Provide report to management on daily issues for improved services. Liaise with other FM team in terms of related daily operations and activities in order to ensure appropriate communication between the team and to avoid conflicts.
Evaluate existing systems by checking reports and performance of equipment’s and report to the technical team. Collect data and information from systems, BMS, and outsourced company.
Assist in programming and issuance of keys to provide access to business partners. Maintenance & Operations : Monitor planned preventive maintenance (PPM) by reviewing reports, schedules, spare parts required to avoid major breakdown in equipments, buildings and to provide efficient service.
Diagnose the problem by providing technical reports to the Facilities / Maintenance Managerand advise rectification. Ensure that implementation is as per the technical standards and manufacturer’s recommendation and build up history to avoid any recurring problem with the mechanical and electrical plants.
Provide quality control support in terms of operation process, resolution time, and reduction in the number of complaints.
Assist the maintenance team for trouble shooting MEP issues by providing diagnosis from BMS for faster response. Handover / snags attend handover meetings and record snags to verify if the completion is as per specification and provide reports to management.
Follow up with the respective team for proper completion. Verify garbage collection locations, waste materials collection etc.
check whether the building is cleaned by the contractor or not. Monitor the daily operation of all external water features and other external services including landscaping lighting, irrigation, and car parking.
Delegate and instruct the related companies to collect waste material. Check the requirements in terms of MEP services during and after events.
Provide a clean, safe premise for business partners and rectify any damages after the events. Supervision : Ensure proper assistance from the outsourced company.
Check daily operations checklist, random site checking, evaluate weekly reading and reports for the smooth running of the operations.
Discuss and assist outsourced company in resolution of breakdown equipment in order to minimize resolution time. Health and safety : On site implementation of health and safety regulations to ensure safe working conditions and a safe working environment, to reduce risks, incidents and accidents.
Report accidents and incidents. Investigate accidents and incidents to ensure preventative steps are taken. Quality management : Provide quality control support in terms of operation process, resolution time, and reduction in the number of business partner complaints .
