Check the incoming IT Service requests and assign it to the appropriate IT Sections which include Communication, Network and Information system or to IT staff delegated at the location.
Provide IT assistance to employees on telephone and advice employees to raise IT request in case of a major problem.
Check the pending IT service requests and escalate to concerned sections or the staff as per ISO SLA for IT department.
Check for new vendors in the market or coordinate with existing vendors to close I.T new requirements.
Perform daily back up of company documents such as mailbox, shared folders, Auto management documents etc.
Keep track of hardware equipment at locations by using GFI applications.
Identify and provide solutions to customers for application, hardware machine and data.
Perform window installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Install and configure printers, scanners and other related devices.
Configure email clients, antivirus and anti-spam clients.
Receive SAP Screen Change Requests.
Create / Amend / Delete SAP screens as approved by management.
Develop new SAP Screen layouts to simplify daily usage.
Minimum Requirements :
Educational Qualifications and Experience :
Primary : Diploma in Computer Science (12th Standard + 2 or 3 years) or equivalent with 1 Year of Experience
Alternate : N / A
Linguistic Abilities : English and Arabic is must
