This position requires hands-on leadership with strong people management, capable of teaching, mentoring, and inspiring a team in a high volume, upscale restaurant.
Ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of the kitchen, while guaranteeing the delivery of the restaurants operational strategies and standards.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5 luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant experience in the following areas :
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in similar luxury hotels or high-end dining operations
Creativity and out of the box thinking is a must
A relentless and infectious passion for food trends and restaurants concept
Someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set that drives quality
An inspirational, caring and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skill
A sound pre-opening experience in standalone restaurants or large hotel operations would be advantageous
