The Executive Assistant Manager assists the General Manager and the Hotel Manager. He / she provides both Managers with information of all the departments.
An Executive Assistant Manager is responsible for keeping a perfect coordination between all departments and controlling their operation with regards to the company’s standards, revenues and controlling costs and the highest comfort and satisfaction for guests.
For proving or developing different plans the Executive Assistant Managers decides in agreement with the General and the Hotel Manager.
Depending on the size and structure of the company a so called Director of Quality and Training help them to prove and at best he / she complains any discrepancies before.
