The Receptionist cum Secretary is tasked in answering phone calls, receiving visitors, providing general information about the company, and answering inquiries related to activities conducted by the company.
The role includes performing clerical and administrative duties such as organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, supporting other staff and other role as assigned by the head.
HS Diploma or Vocational Degree
Female applicant applicants only, age not more than 30 years old (CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY)
3 years’ experience in similar role
Language Fluency : English
Arabic Proficiency is a plus
Nationality Preference : INDIAN / FILIPINO
Computer literate (MS EXCEL AND MS WORD)
