Responsibilities : To monitor, track and respond to emails, faxes, letters and incoming mails as appropriate and necessary.
1.Responsible for supporting all aspects of the Managing Directors work including appointments and the diary, travel and accommodation as required in addition to managing dates, producing agendas, minutes and all key paperwork for meetings.

Description : TITLE : Executive Assistant to Managing Director
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR : Managing Director
DEPARTMENT : MD Office
FUNCTION : To support proactively the Managing Director and work as part in providing an efficient, effective and professional service to the ITC Group of Companies and to facilitate the smooth day to day running of the MD Office.
This role works across the organization to ensure that ITC group operates intelligently and strategically.
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY : Responsible to the MD for maintaining superior quality customer service standards as the ITC Group MD assistant, as well as a high level of administrative sustainability and support.
DIRECTION / SUPERVISION RECEIVED : The position works under the direct supervision of the Managing director and is expected to exercise sound judgment and initiative in achieving outcomes.
