Reports to Marketing Manager.Property Management firm seeking a creative Social Media Specialist who can maintain and enhance our social media presence.
We’re looking for someone who can administer social media content, moderate and communicate with our followers. The ideal candidate will also be required to collect social media data and generate reports to measure content effectiveness and customer engagement.
The ideal Social Media Specialist will have excellent communication skills both in English and Arabic, maintaining a positive attitude at work, working well with others and having the ability to moderate social media are required skills for this position.
ResponsibilitiesWork simultaneously on multiple social media accounts.Work closely with marketing team to develop social media campaigns.
Communicate with tenants to gather content for social media.Ability to use social media management software to auto schedule and post content.
Submit monthly content and caption plan to management for approval.Post, schedule and organize social media content.Batch upload and schedule content and captions.
Create and review copywriting for marketing purposes.Moderate, respond to comments and direct messages.Offer constructive interaction with users.
Develop reports on trends, performance and user engagement.Coordinate, gather quotations, and follow up with agencies, vendors and suppliers.
