To provide the best service quality for all after service franchisors in via accurate acknowledgment of the products & services as well, responding to all inquiries, follow up handling customer complains effectively and doing administrative jobs.


  • Listen carefully to the customer complains , gather all details or information related to the problem , advise & follow up with solvable procedures accordingly with CRM / after sales / parts departments .
  • Refer all technical inquiries, behavioral concerns, difficult problems, promotional offers concerns etc., to the key responsible manager (NSM, NPM, or Branch Manager), and recommend for suitable solutions.
  • Perform data entry of customer concerns / solutions against complains.
  • Assist with customer complains log book fulfillment when needed or for any related projects.
  • Follow up customer complains solving as per his needs to maintain his relationship & loyalty.

  • 2 years minimum in similar positionNATIONALITY : Kuwaiti

  • Bachelor Degree preferably graduate in Business Administration

  • Customer and Personal Service
  • Arabic & English Language
  • Ordinary user of Computers and Electronics.
