Develop / Update organizational positional structure for corporate and business units based on benchmark studies. Conduct job analysis to identify the duties and responsibilities, reporting hierarchy, required skills, experience, qualifications and competencies of each position as required in order to facilitate the process of developing and updating job descriptions.
Develop / Update Job Descriptions based on the Job Analysis results and approved organization structure. Conduct job evaluation covering all positions as well as maintain the grading structure, salary scale and reward structure accordingly.
Administer the Performance Management Appraisal process and ensure timely preparation and closure of the process. Create new policies / update HR Policies & Procedures in line with Kuwait’s Laws & new business requirements.
Assist in the preparation of increment, promotions and annual bonus list based on employees eligibility, scheme and performance appraisal results.
Conduct salary survey s to determine, build and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits structure and ensure alignment and fairness of salary structure across the company.
Prepare reports related to workforce analysis, feasibility studies, cost impact, employees assessment, employees surveys, etc.
