1.1 The incumbent shall be required to a variety of routine of specialized Clerical and Secretarial activities in the assigned departments / divisions.
1.2 He shall update and maintain a variety of files, records, reports, Minutes of Meetings, documents of routine and specialized nature.
1.3 Shall be able to maintain proper filing of all incoming & outgoing documents etc. 1.4 Shall be able to operate all office equipments like PC, typewriter, fax machine, calculators.
1.5 Shall have expert knowledge on the use of MS. Office Software like MS. Word, Excel & PowerPoint. 1.6 Shall familiarize himself with the operation of Company’s Maximo System.
