Job Summary : The HR Associate is responsible for recruiting talented candidates, and providing support in other HR related matters when needed.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to : -Develop and execute recruiting plans. -Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees.
Set continuous improvement goals. -Administrative duties and record keeping -Ensure that the open vacancies are closed within 3 months of receiving the job requisition.
Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them -Maintain good relations with manpower agencies, and look for best options -
Source the best methods to recruit, and apply accordingly -Place job advertisements, where necessary in association with recruitment agencies -
Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and tests. -Send out offer letters and terms and conditions of employment to successful applicants.
