INTECON is hiring a Change Coordinator to support change management (CM) efforts for CENTRIXS in Kuwait. This person must have an advanced level of knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, CM, and project procedures.
The scope of this role will include advising as well as coordinating the design, administration, and management of enterprise Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Systems and Processes.
In addition, the Change Manager will be the Subject Matter Expert for the Remedy ITSM system. Candidate will possess considerable experience with the ITIL framework and be able to apply those concepts within a practical real-world environment.
Position is located in Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Must possess an active SECRET clearance
In addition to the stated educational requirements (see below), candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working in an ITSM environment
Minimum of 1 year of experience in information technology network operations.
Must possess one of the following certifications : ITIL Foundation v3, or higher, or Value Based Lean Six Sigma (VBLSS)
Individuals must have experience with ChM automated toolsets, such as Remedy 7.6
Experience facilitating CM meetings and assisting organizations with implementing ITIL / ITSM CM processes
Must meet overseas medical deployment qualifications
Must be willing to travel to locations throughout Southwest Asia, as required, to support the military customer on-site using military air and / or land convoy when needed
Ability to work in a bivouac environment
Willing to travel to overseas locations throughout Southwest Asia, as required, to support the military customer at their location(s) via military air / land convoy
REQUIRED EDUCATION :
BS / BA in Engineering, Information Technology, Science or related discipline with 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience (6 years of additional professional experience may be substituted for a 2-year degree, or 8 additional years’ experience for a 4-year degree).
DESIRED SKILLS :
Intermediate level knowledge with DoD / DISA network security requirements, Information Assurance Vulnerability Management procedures and Network standards to include :
DISA STIG and 8500.2 IA Control Compliance
Experience with Remedy 7.6 Change Management
Good understanding of U.S. Military organizations
Experience creating functional processes and writing military SOP’s
Demonstrated Leadership and Management qualifications
