The FleetManagement & Analysis Clerk (FMAC) is responsible for the safe andefficient management of fleet vehicles. This position reports to the Multi-purposeVehicle Mechanic Supervisor. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES :
Shall perform all fleet management functions inaccordance with all applicable publications / directives.
Shall collect, accumulate, store, and inputmaintenance and operations data into DPAS maintenance modules, LIMS-EV, AFEMS,and IMDS.
Maintain vehicle historical data and current records.
Shall input and back up data to the DPAS databaseIAW AFI 24-302, and prepare and distribute records, reports and products asspecified in the performance of work statement such as fleet maintenance andoperation analysis including fleet performance and utilization, transportationservices, and vehicle authorizations, maintenance functions and costs.
Identify specific trends and develop and implementcorrective actions.
Submit work orders and coordinate with work centersupervisors to ensure timely repair of assigned vehicles.
Control and administer the delayed maintenance, accident,abuse and misuse programs.
Complete authorization analyses and yard checks ofall vehicles.
Responsible for following a comprehensive safetyprogram in compliance with OSHA and United States Air Force (USAF)requirements.
Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean,sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutterand trash in all working facilities and areas.
Shallperform as supplemental personnel in all scopes of work such as vehicleoperations, materiel control, and fleet management asneeded.
Responsiblefor proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractorprovided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment andtools).
Responsiblefor precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accuratecompletion of timesheet.
Performsother duties as assigned.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT : Extensive interaction with the government customeris required. Work is generally conductedin a shop environment.
However, dutiesmay involve the conduct of work in the out-of-doors area with a potentialexposure to extreme climatic conditions such as, exposure to heat, cold, dust,and noise.
Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractualneeds. Employee must comply with allFederal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as wellas written instructions.
Task specific work environment training will beprovided as required . Must beprepared to function in a wartime environment to support U.
S. interests. 100% Overseas Assignment. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES : Work will require lifting up to 50 lbs., teamlifting up to 100 lbs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted forone year of education, if degree is required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Prefer knowledge of US Military vehicles andequipment, OSHA, ANSI, ASME, military regulations standards, and OEMrequirements.
Must havea current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver’s License.
Mustbe capable of obtaining a flight line driver’s license.
Musthave and be capable of maintaining a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearanceprior to deployment.
Mustbe able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
Musthave color vision.
Mustbe able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements thatinclude psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.
Candidates must successfully complete both onlineand hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defensetraining.
Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD providedprotective gear.
Shallhave a minimum of three (3) years of experience in functions such as vehiclemanagement policies and procedures and systems such as DPAS, LIMS-EV, AFEMS,IMDS, and fleet management functions.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suiteincluding Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Ableand willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements
Military experience in a contingency environmentand knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.
OtherClearance Level required at Start Date : Secret
