POSITION SUMMARY :
maintain DA Form 1687, Delegationsof Authority-Signature Card; create spreadsheets for site work orders, contact100% of customers serviced and elicit feed-
back on services provided; and shallmaintain strict Key Control procedures within Consolidated Production Control(CPC).
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES :
1.Ensure the WorkOrder section is performing processes and procedures IAW the performance workstatement (PWS), internal / external IOP’s, Work Instructions, Army Regulations,DA Pamphlets, and local requirements. (40%)
2.Respond tocustomer requests and questions regarding service, products and accountinformation, as well as, analyzes and rectifies customer concerns usingestablished procedures. (10%)
3.Input, processand distribute all work requests and equipment to appropriate repair shops.(10%)
4.Ensureestablished Key Control procedures are adhered to at all times, as well as endof day security procedures. (10%)
5.Provide reports and statistical data utilizingMaximo as requested. (10%)
6.Ensurecustomers have a valid DA Form 1687 on hand prior to providing any service.(10%)
7.Ensure 1%of all closed weekly work orders are identified and submitted to the TelephoneData Entry Clerks. (5%)
8.Perform otherduties and assignments as required. (5%)
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED :
Desktop computer, scanners,printers, copiers, Unit Level Logistics System (ULLS), and other office relatedequipment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT :
Work is generally conductedin a work center administrative environment. However, duties may occasionallyinvolve working outside with a potential exposure to extreme temperatures.
Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas isrequired. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand,torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.
Normal workweek is 48 hours, but may be required to work overtime.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES :
May be required to lift, climb, extendedsitting or standing, or other physical efforts that are normally required. Inaddition, visual acuity, hearing and speaking requirements are required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted forone year of education, if degree is required.
HighSchool graduate or equivalent required. Graduate of a Military Logistical orMaintenance School is desired.
1.3-4 yearsrelated work experience, excellent computer and people skills.
2.2 years ofsupervisory or managerial experience.
3.Previousexperience in a customer service position and automated processing data systeminput skills are a must.
4.Priorexperience working in the US Military or Government Contracting environment.
1.Demonstrates a professional demeanor, workeffectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and other supervisorylevels of management.
2.Possesses a working knowledge of the StandardSupply system and operating procedures.
3.Ability to exercise direction and good judgment,possess high-level organizational and planning skills.
4.Ability to communicate well orally and in writtenEnglish.
5.Possess an advanced level of computer skills in theuse of creating databases, spreadsheets and knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
SUPERVISORY / BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES :
Willbe required to oversee the work of up to four (4) personnel daily.
