Caliburn is seeking a Project Coordinator who can provide global technical support for a potential project in the Middle East.
The Project Coordinator (PC) will assist with analyzing project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources. PC will analyze data for all activities and provide trend analysis to customers as required.
PC will coordinate movement of activities and personnel throughout theater utilizing military centric systems as well as commercial options as directed by KO / COR.
PC may be required to complete other duties as assigned for project success. This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Assist with project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources
Analyze data for all activities and provide trend analysis to customers
Coordinate movement of activities and personnel throughout theater utilizing military centric systems as well as commercial options as directed by KO / COR
Complete other duties as assigned for project success
Assist in preparation of Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Requests
Coordinate with local subcontractors to arrange for and provide services procured by PMO
Arrange for transportation and shipping within the CENTCOM AOR
Assist PM and DPM in preparing documents for USG customer
Maintain organizational charts, staffing reports, and other assigned reports
Responsible for tracking and issuing badges for old and new personnel
Escort, complete visitor requests, obtain appropriate badging for visitors
Maintain phone and email contact list for employee personnel on site
Manage housing assignments for employees on site
Prepare flight and hotel itineraries for travel
Prepare expense reports for reimbursements
Handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion
Other duties as assigned by management
Minimum of three (3) years' experience as project coordinator or office manager
Willingness to move based on mission requirements in CENTCOM AO
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance or LAA, as required
Advanced knowledge of MS Office with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
