Job Objective : Responsible for all sales activities in assigned area. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

  • Duties and responsibilities : Ø Present and sell company product / service to current and potential clients Ø Prepare action plans and schedule to identify specific targets and to project the number of orders to be made Ø Provide excellent customer service : follows up with customer after receipt of their order;
  • verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns Ø Follow up on the inventory on daily basis Ø Stay update on the marketing activities : promotions, credit notes .

    Ø Maintain the contract completed between the management and the clients. Ø Manage account services, collection and due dates through quality checks and other follow-

    up Ø Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of clients satisfaction Ø Prepare a daily report, including activity, follow-
