AECOM is currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Project Manager for an opportunity based in the Middle East. The purpose of this project is to provide technical services including inspections, assessments, repairs, reports, and training for facilities and operations-
related projects. Specifically, this project includes electrical inspection and repairs, fire prevention assessment and training, storage and management of government / contractor property, and construction and operations related inspections and assessments at various U.
S. military and coalition occupied facilities
This position will require deployment to countries within the U.S. military’s CENTCOM Area of Responsibility, including the TF SAFE operations center in Kuwait.
Travel within the CENTCOM AOR is anticipated. This position is contingent upon award of contract.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below :
Operate under the direction of AECOM corporate DCMA approved Property Management System to implement the project level property management and control plan. Including :
Direct and / or conduct ten percent monthly inventories of property
Direct and / or conduct one-hundred percent monthly inventories of sensitive items
Prepare timely reports for property Loss, Theft, Damage, or Destruction LTDD
Verification of clear tagging and identification of different property types / ownerships (CAP vs GFE).
Ensure turn-in documentation for relief or responsibility for Government Property
Input and update records in AECOM property database
Certified Professional Property Associate - CPPA
2+ years of related experience in property management
Current and active Secret level security clearance
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required
Must pass a State and Federal criminal history / security background check.
Must also complete and pass any required government security clearance.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Must participate in and successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment fitness for duty questionnaire.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Position will include wearing associated personal protective equipment including body armor vest and helmet.
Applicants shall meet CENTCOM MOD 13 Medical requirements.
3+ years of related experience in property on US Government contracts
Certified Professional Property Manager - CPPM
Previous experience working with the U.S. military in Contingency area of operations
Previous experience working it the US Army Corps of Engineers
