Job Scope :
Experience in field development planning, well planning and reservoir management is essential.
Strong experience in 3D reservoir modeling using soft-wares like Petrel / GOCAD / RMS, including quality check, evaluation, and running existing models for field development.
Create geological cross sections and maps from seismic data and well logs.
Build geological models from field maps, cores, cross sections and well logs.
Conduct studies covering seismic interpretation, carbonate sedimentology, stratigraphy, facies modeling, and reservoir characterization with an understanding of up scaling to reservoir simulation model.
Have a proven ability to work effectively in teams and be able to communicate effectively with geophysicists, geologists, petro-
physicists, and reservoir and petroleum engineers.
Fully conversant with Windows and UNIX based applications
Must have experience in applying structural geology concepts and methods to assess compartmentalization / communication due to faulting.
Experience in the application of sequence stratigraphic concepts and methods.
