Job purpose : The will be responsbile for delivering the highest standards of service to the customers / client. She / He will also be field based and responsible for maximising sales opportunities and managing suppliers for this key account.

S / He will construct, negotiate, and implement custom solutions for their clients based on the company’s internal capabilities and competencies.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and qualify leads through both company-led marketing efforts and self-initiated territory / account activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer organizational structures and build relationships throughout scientific and executive levels.
  • Uncover customer needs and become the focal point for providing the company’s collective solutions and expertise to customers.
  • Build and foster senior level relationships with customers and industry leaders and identify and build partnership opportunities with other industry participants.
  • Conduct effective presentations and meetings in a variety of settings : one-on-one, small and large groups, inside and outside the organization, with multi-
  • levels of management in an organization.

  • Develop and provide program, proposals, and supportive documentation to facilitate winning contractual business and ongoing revenue.
  • Make recommendations internally for new products and services to solve unmet needs and coordinate internal project teams to support client requests and anticipated needs /
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date planning and reporting of results to effectively communicate successful territory and account management.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum Education :

    Minimum Education :

    Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

    Experience Required :

    Minimum 4 years of experience in Scientific, pharmaceutical fields.

    Specific Skills / Knowledge :

    Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to sell solutions to both large and small healthcare as well as flexibility to work in a highly matrixed environment (cross-

    functional and cross-business area) are essential to success in the position is essential. A high level of drive to succeed in a sales role.

    an understanding of how to achieve results in the given environment; ability to work with all types of individuals in multiple settings and locations and to promote diversity in the workplace.

    Must be able to prioritize and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
