The Business Development Manager leads Sales efforts for an assigned and prospective group of target customers to increase market share, meet company sales expectations, achieve margin and profit goals, work with all team members to improve existing services.
The position of Business Development is a direct selling position responsible for all aspects of the lead generation and sales process.
Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with assigned worldwide accounts. Identifies opportunities for account growth while offering customers a full array of value added services.
Monitors competitor actions in each account to ensure that appropriate responses are formulated and communicated.
Experience in transport logistics, 3PL warehousing.
Must be able to wotrk in Kuwait.
