He / She would primarily be responsible for developing new acquisition initiatives catered for the consumer segment as well as revamping the existing Zain portfolio and managing the product life cycle which would require close coordination with all relevant stakeholders of the product to ensure it is launched on time including frequently monitoring the effectiveness of the product in comparison to the defined target as well as daily monitoring of the Kuwaiti market changes with respect to the competition and the indirect channels supporting the competition and present recommendations based on the findings of the analysis.
He / She is also responsible for Weekly forecasting of the defined Consumer KPIs against the company's covering GA, Churn, Base, Revenues, Stocks, Buffer, POs, run rates ...etc.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
As well as conducting post launch analysis on the products and services and identify any positional gaps and recommend corrective actions to ensure best position in the Kuwaiti market.
Coordinate with the Sales Division to better understand their needs get and get the necessary feedback on the products in the market, communicate the mystery shopper findings, and provide alternative solutions based on the findings and follow up on these solutions.
All of which must be aligned with the company strategy and ensuring profitability to Zain.

WHAT DO I NEED?
1. Bachelor degree in business, marketing, statistics or MIS.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience (preferably in the telecoms industry).
3. Fluent Arabic / English.
4. Advanced in MS Office specially Excel.
