Position Overview :
The Student Life Coordinator supports the school's vision and mission statement through leadership in the athletics and activities programs.
By assisting in the development of plans, organizing, coordinating, and managing aspects of the department. Monitor and oversee the operation of all events.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain relationships with school administration, staff, students, parents, and organizations.
Respond to all school administration, staff, students, parents, and organizations inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Organize and conduct frequent meetings with school administration, staff, students, parents, and organizations.
Strive to reflect the Department’s core values and offer ongoing support to develop a culture that emphasizes these values : Excellence.

Direct and implement the program in compliance with school rules and regulations.
Coordinate staff and volunteers for effective and efficient event set up and operation.
Schedule and secure facilities as needed.
Create clubs from financially aided registrations.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and enforced.
Ensure all aspects of the events are organized and completed successfully.
Document events and generate surveys to accumulate feedback statistics for study, improvement, and quality assurance.
Work with PR to actively communicate and market all events through print media, electronic media, social media, word of mouth, and special events appropriately.
